Description
New Brunswick I24 is a compact benchtop incubator shaker for growing microbial or cell cultures under controlled temperature and orbital agitation. A large clear lid lets you view flasks without opening the chamber.

Orbital shaking — 25–500 rpm, ±1 rpm. Triple-eccentric counterbalanced drive. Soft start/stop; drive stops when the lid opens. Max load ~15.5 kg.
Temperature (I24) — About 5–7 °C above ambient to 60 °C (manual often lists +5 °C). Control ±0.1 °C at 37 °C. I24R: ~15 °C below ambient (min 4 °C) to 60 °C. Fast heat-up and recovery after lid opening.
Capacity — Flasks up to 2.8 L Fernbach.
Controls & safety — Keypad + LED; timed runs up to 99.9 h then shake-off while holding temperature. Visible/audible alarms if speed drifts >5 rpm or temperature >1 °C, or when the timer ends. RS-232 for data logging. Speed and temperature can be calibrated from the keypad.
