The Eppendorf Centrifuge 5427R is a compact, refrigerated microcentrifuge designed for high-throughput molecular biology applications, such as DNA, RNA, and protein purification. It features a hydrocarbon-based (R290) natural refrigerant for environmentally friendly cooling, aerosol-tight rotors for safe handling of hazardous samples, and the highest throughput-to-footprint ratio in its class, accommodating up to 48 x 1.5/2 mL tubes per run.
