Viogene PCR Advanced PCR Clean Up Miniprep System

The Viogene PCR Advanced PCR Clean Up Miniprep System is a simple and fast method to clean up DNA fragments from PCR or other enzymatic reactions, range from 100-bp to 10-kbp. Using the 5-minute column purification method, PCR products or DNA fragments are effectively separated from contaminants such as enzymes, nucleotides, salts and primer-dimers, with up to 95% recovery. PCR Advanced PCR Clean Up Miniprep System contains a silica-gel-membrane for binding DNA in high-salt buffer (pH4.5-5.5) and elution of DNA with low-salt buffer (pH 7.0-9.0) or ddH2O. The purification procedure removes primers, nucleotides, enzyme, salts, ethidium bromide and other impurities from DNA samples.
