The Nikon TS100-F Inverted Phase Contrast Microscope is a high-quality live cell imaging and tissue culture microscope designed for biological research, clinical laboratories, and routine cell culture applications. Utilizing Nikon’s renowned CFI60 optical system, the TS100-F provides bright, high-contrast imaging with excellent flatness and resolution for observation of cultured cells, microorganisms, and biological samples.
Configured for both brightfield and phase contrast microscopy, this system is ideal for imaging live, unstained cells in flasks, dishes, and multiwell plates. The inverted microscope design allows convenient observation of adherent cell cultures while minimizing sample disturbance during routine laboratory workflows.
This configuration includes Nikon Plan Fluor and long working distance phase contrast objectives, trinocular viewing head, Nikon Digital Sight DS-Fi1 5.0MP color camera system, and Nikon NIS-Elements imaging software for digital image acquisition and analysis. The included Digital Sight camera setup enables high-resolution image capture and documentation for research, teaching, and publication applications.
