Thermo Scientific Savant RVT450 Refrigerated Vapor Trap

Compact benchtop cold trap that condenses and collects solvent vapors to protect vacuum pumps during SpeedVac concentration.The Thermo Scientific Savant RVT450 is a mechanically refrigerated vapor trap designed for use with SpeedVac vacuum concentrators. It cools to approximately –50 °C to trap water and non-aggressive organic solvent vapors in a 4 L glass condensation flask, preventing contamination and degradation of oil-sealed vacuum pumps while eliminating the need for dry ice/acetone coolants.
