Biotage SPE Dry 96 Dual

The Biotage SPE Dry 96 Dual is a high-throughput sample concentrator/evaporator designed for simultaneous solvent removal from two 96-well microplates (or compatible formats like 24-, 48-, or 384-well). It uses heated nitrogen (or compressed air) delivered from upper and lower needle manifolds to accelerate evaporation while maintaining precise temperature control and minimizing sample degradation or cross-contamination.

Heated Gas Flow: Upper head up to 60°C, lower head up to 80°C; adjustable gas flow (typically 25–90 L/min for Dual model) with independent control to prevent splashing.
Versatile Plate Compatibility: Supports 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well deep or shallow well plates; maximum sample volume up to 10 mL in collection plates.
Precise & Reproducible Control: Digital displays and controls for temperature (PV/SV), gas flow, and manual timer; rapid heating without overshoot to protect sensitive compounds.
