Description
Büchi Rotavapor® R-250 Pro 50 L Industrial Rotary Evaporator + F-360 Recirculating Chiller (2022 models): This is a high-capacity industrial-scale rotary evaporation system designed for large-batch solvent distillation, recovery, and concentration in laboratory or production environments. The R-250 Pro handles up to 50 L evaporating flasks (typical working batches ~25–30 L) with powerful heating and safety features. It is paired with the matching F-360 chiller for efficient closed-loop cooling. Both units are 400 V / 3-phase / 60 Hz. As noted, the setup requires additional glassware, clamps, and a vacuum pump. (One new 50 L evaporating flask is included).

Evaporator capacity & performance (R-250 Pro): 50 L evaporating flask; heating bath 20–180 °C; rotation 5–120 rpm; distillation rates up to ~30 L acetone/h or ~19 L ethanol/h; powerful ~7.5 kW heating.
Electrical (both units, matches plates): 400 V ±10 %, 3-phase (3Ph + N + G), 50/60 Hz. R-250 Pro ~7500 W; F-360 max. 7000 VA / ~6200 W, 10 A slow-blow fuse.
Chiller performance (F-360): Cooling capacity 6000 W at 15 °C; temperature range –10 to +25 °C; 30 L tank; pump delivery 20 L/min at 3 bar; refrigerant R513A (2.2 kg charge). Production year 2022 (serial 2722622).
Safety & construction: Robust stainless-steel design with over-temperature/over-pressure protection, bath overflow drain, spring-supported valves, and optional plastic-coated (P+G) glassware for shatter resistance. CE / UL-CSA compliant options.
Dimensions & included item: R-250 Pro approx. 1410 × 830 × 1550 mm (without glass, ~160 kg); F-360 approx. 650 × 850 × 1300 mm (~220 kg). Includes one new 50 L evaporating flask (article 041339, made in Switzerland, 2023). Additional glassware, clamps, and vacuum source required for full operation.
