Across International Ai SolventVap SE53 20L (5.3-gallon) rotary evaporator (rotovap) with motorized lift, 220V version.

This is a large-capacity industrial/lab rotary evaporator designed for efficient solvent evaporation, distillation, and recovery. It features a motorized water-bath lift, digital controls for temperature and rotation, PTFE solvent-resistant components, and a vertical dual-condenser setup (when glassware is present). The unit is ETL-tested to UL/CSA standards. Manufactured May 2021 (S/N 21050085). As noted, this example includes no glassware, no vacuum pump, and no chiller—only some clamps—so it is the main evaporator body + bath ready for user-supplied glassware and accessories.

Capacity: 20 L (5.28 gal) evaporating flask (max recommended load ~60% of capacity); paired with a 10 L (2.64 gal) receiving flask when glassware is installed. Evaporation rate approx. 1 gal/h (water) or 2 gal/h (alcohol).

Water bath: Stainless-steel bath with direct-immersion heaters; temperature range ambient to ~95–99 °C (digital PID control); motorized lift (up to ~7.5 in travel); over-temperature protection.
Rotation: Adjustable 20–130 rpm (plate rating; typical range 10–130 rpm) via quiet, vibration-resistant motor with precise digital control.
Construction & design: PTFE valves and seals for chemical resistance; vertical main + auxiliary condensers (large surface area when glassware is fitted); continuous-feed capability; swivel casters; lowered overall height for easier use/storage; includes flask carrier/stand in complete packages.
