VWR Mini Stirrer Blu Round Stir Plate -
Rugged, compact stirrers with an ergonomic design are ideal for educational labs and can stir up to 1000mL of water. Durable 5x5" cast aluminum top plate will not chip or crack. Powerful motor and magnet deliver reliable and consistent stirring.
The Auto Stirrers are ideal for applications that require repeatable results. These compact, powerful stirrers automatically start when a vessel is placed on the aluminum top plate (minimum weight of approximately 50 grams [1.75oz.]). When the vessel is removed the stirring stops, but the speed setting remains unchanged. Units save power and provide an extra measure of safety by running only when needed.
Capable of mixing up to 1000mL of water.
Built-in support rod holder.
Speed Range: 100-1200 rpm.
Electronic speed control adjusts stirring speed from 100 to 1200rpm.
